扁豆汤的做法

材料:

2罐鸡汤, chicken stock ½ LB 扁豆, green lentils,洗净沥干 2 TB橄榄油, olive oil 熏火鸡翅膀 2 胡萝卜, carrot, 切碎 1洋葱, onion, 切碎 1 支百里香, Thyme 3 香叶, Bay leaves 1 TB 蒜, garlic, 切碎 1 tsp 孜然粉, ground cumin ½ tsp 辣椒粉, cayenne pepper(不吃辣的就免了) 1 tsp 芫茜籽粉, coriander powder ½ tsp黄姜粉, turmeric powder 盐,胡椒 1/4 cup 欧芹碎, fresh chopped parsley

做法:

1、熏火鸡翅膀,皮肉切下来,再切碎,骨头熬汤;

2、橄榄油炒软;

3、洋葱、胡萝卜、蒜加火鸡骨头、皮,加鸡汤、水一起烧滚,慢火熬1小时;

4、倒入扁豆、香叶、百里香、火鸡肉丁,再烧半小时;

5、加香料粉、盐、胡椒拌匀,再小火煮十分钟,拌入欧芹就好啦!
